ALCOHOL INKS

Complete THREE finished Alcohol Ink Paintings in a relaxed setting in just 2 hours

No experience necessary to learn how to create beautiful, finished paintings with Alcohol Inks.In this class you will learn some of the basics:

  • Starting with

  • quick demonstration on using basic tools

  • adding patterns and designs

  • spreading ink around to create unique shapes

  • mixing colors properly to avoid muddy colors

  • turning overly saturated areas into interesting patterns

  • painting on a Yupo paper and canvas

  • creating abstract or realism pieces

  • more advanced use of tools

  • plus a lot more

STANDARD ($50 Class, without frame)

PREMIUM ($75, Standard Class + Floater frame for canvas painting)

*You can order floater frame in advance in time for the class, or wait until after you complete your canvas painting.

I have been creating Alcohol Ink art since 2019.Before that I was a traditional artist working in Oil, Acrylic and watercolor.If you spend a little time on my website you can see a bit of what I've been up to. www.famouslyjulie.netMy art is in galleries around NC and hanging in collector's home all over the US.The first time I saw another artist working in Alcohol Inks I had to try it. I love the vibrant colors, total freedom to move the ink around and the exciting imagery I can create with it.

  • Will I need to bring any supplies to this class?

No. All supplies will be provided by the instructor.

  • Can I join a class if it's only me?

Yes. Anyone can join a class if there is available space.

  • Can I book a private lesson?

Yes. Private lessons can be negotiated.

  • Do you ever hold classes outside your location?

Yes. I can teach groups with a minimum number of participants at their location.

  • Will snacks and drinks be provided?

No. Please bring your own snacks and drinks.
